This very helpful site deals with Pedophilia written by the daughter for her Mother who was married to one. We need to understand much more about this topic and what can be done to help prevent its repetition. I do applaud the site owner for her strong desire to give us her Mother's Voice. Do read. The Chilling True Story of Secret Cold War Experiments Performed on our Children and Other Innocent People. Thousands of innocent children who have now grown into adults are silently suffering from the effects of these experiments. Your tax dollars paid doctors to participate in these and other experiments in ESP, Remote Viewing, Radiation and research with Chemical and Biological Warfare while working under government contracts in the U. S. and Canada. Read the proof obtained from 18,000 pages of declassified documents from Bluebird/Artichoke and MKULTRA Projects Carol's Book is a MUST, MUST Book to read - and I encourage ANYONE who is interested in understanding the atrocities that have been perpetrated on innocent children and who are willing to stand tall and stand strong on their behalf to BUY, READ and ADVOCATE, that this kind of PRESENT day activity STOP ! I recently heard the word "Blog", and was completlely unaware of what a Blog is ! I have been very moved in reading Sera's page and other connected Blogs which take time to peruse and I have not read everything. However, it is my view that ALL voices need to be heard without judgment or bias. I cannot ever say I am beyond learning from all who cross my path so I am glad for "A Safe Place" and the privilege of entry to Sera and others' heart sharings. I would encourage others to visit, read and realize how EQUAL we all are in our humanness. vulnerabilities and journeying. When you have read the story of these courageous ones whose body has endured beyond the limits most of us would never attempt to try. I hope you feel as humbled as I do, and will add your acknowledgment to mine on their site, of their will to live and still encourage others with love inspite of their own pain. Visit and feel and beleive. Since life begins with development from infancy through young child years it is in these years that perpetrators of abuse find the soil in which to plant their diabolical weeds of distortion, distrust and terror. This website is excellent. It needs to be a mandated read for understanding how to treat ritually abused children through play therapy. The articles cover their tortuous journey and treatment, offering sound information concerning legal and societal aspects in conjunction with the recognition of, and healing from, atrocities that create DID in young minds. I am thrilled to find a TRUE Advocate and would emphasize a MUST read of this site's contents. Absorb, understand - ADVOCATE - and Tell the TRUTH ! This webpage is very special to me as the work of the very special folk who make up Legacy, the name by which they call themselves. I never cease to marvel at the enduring spirit of my friends whose stories are unbelievable tribute to not only the inhumanity of Man, but the ability to survive atrocities and come forth with a soft and loving heart for others. I do not believe the objective of this site is to tell yet another war story, but is a monument to those who seek to show there is a greater power than evil that is the spirit of those who fight with all they have, and all they are, towards the gaol of healing. We so often judge without knowing the story behind those we see. I count it a privilege to cross paths with such as Legacy, and please visit their site and add your comments in your own words. CSAPP began in 1995 and aims to reduce the incidence and impact of child sexual abuse among Victorian children. CSAPP also spends much of their resources working directly with children, which involves school-based workshops for children from lower primary to upper secondary school, small group discussions, creative art workshops and a retreat near Ballarat called “Tuloy”. Due to its success, CSAPP is also now working internationally to replicate its model in developing countries. “In this job you see the darkest side of human nature. But to see the little lives whose potential could have been stolen from them, regain that potential and become happy and have a childhood—it makes it all worth it,” Dr Michaelson. This is a much needed connection both for Folk looking for a therapist in their area whom they can contact with specifics of what is needed, and for Therapists wishing to enlarge their practice and be able to target clients in their area of expertise. Either way, both have an opportunity to make contact and discover what feels right for them and hopefully begin a healing alliance. Check this site out if you are searching for help. This well thought out site with diverse links, articles and current conference dates in different countries needs visitng and enjoying. It is a pleasure to see yet another survivor research help and information about a MUCH needed-to-be understood condition. I do recommend this webpage. A beautifully created website that is original and profoundly moving in how it has been put together. It needs looking at slowly and with understanding of the messages given through photography and writing. Definitely a site to return to. The Incidence of Ritual Abuse, of ALL forms of abuse is not limited to one country, level of society, age, gender or any specific variable. I feel it is important to be aware of the global efforts to combat abuse, especially the insidious tentacles of hidden cults and groups whose influence is far more widespread than imagined. This site provides Information and links for survivors of sexual, physical, emotional or mental abuse and neglect during childhood; books, as well as sites addressing Dissociative conditions resulting from Sadistic/Satanic ritual Abuse. It is primarily targeted for readership in the UK so I think it important to share their contribution to healing and treatment for survivors as they kindly link the US with them. Please visit this site to expand our understanding and deepen our united purpose to prevent where we can, and heal where we can, the effects of life, mind and soul destroying evil. Jayne's Page tells about her message to the world through Song, and in particular, "Twisted Ballerina" that will resonate with many survivors who know what she sings about. Visit her page and listen for yourself - we value all who help the Voice of the abuse survivor to be heard, and music is a wonderful medium through which this can done. We wish ehr all the best in her endeavors. Keepers Korner is a place where courage and struggle has been depicted clearly in the beautiful art work and poetry of Keepers. I hope visitors to this site will be many. That they will browse through the pages and hear and feel the messages that pour out in many ways - all to the purpose of understanding abuse and doing ones part to prevent and help in the healing of unspeakable traumas. I have been very touched and moved by all I have seen and read - see for yourself what I mean. Another wonderful and comprehensive website for reading the personal experiences of a survivor and pages of information, including MPD Humor ! This will take some time to read through as with other sites - so keep returning to it you won't be disappointed. You will be helped. This site contains sections relating to Abuse, PTSD,Self-Harm,Suicide and other issues that have impacted the site host and moved her to share these with us. It is always helpful to read the views and stories of others who fight the battles based in trauma and what has helped and what hasn't. This link is to show appreciation to Kel for doing this. Testimony to the spirit of survival and healing through creativity and courage describes Michael Skinner's gifts to the world. To quote from his site, and please visit to listen to and share his story yourself, I will paste in a couple of paragraphs. "Train of Tears" signals the rebirth of Skinner on several levels. The original songs are gritty, touched by the angst his long journey has led him through, but also by a renewed hope. He has dipped into a deep well of emotions and brought them to the surface: Mental Illness is a challenge to be taken on, not a definition of who or what the person is. The stigma, which can be just as damaging as the illness in its isolation, is one that Skinner wants to actively speak out against. The cut "Walk With Me" contains the lyrics, "So open up your eyes, clean out your ears. Learn to listen, listen to learn, and then you'll hear...." Skinner recently addressed the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. on issues involving child exploitation and a portion of the sale of "Pirates" will be donated to organizations including SASS (Sexual Assault Support Services;Portsmouth, NH ) and The Healing Arts Studio; Boston, MA. The guitarist recently performed at Manchester's Veteran's Park as part of NAMI Walks, an 11 state nationally co-ordinated walkathon fundraiser for the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill. This site shows not only the ability to rise above grief and loss but to come through with a sense of Humor that defies the challenge of depression. Visit Marlene's MPDTOONs. As a Mono, I double over laughing as well as understanding how they symbolize the struggles of Multiples. Do visit this site often. I include this website with deep Hope that Visitors will obtain a copy of this Book as an enriching addition to their reading collections. In the words of the Author, I quote: " A novel about a psychologist who wades with trauma survivors, many with multiple personalities, also known as dissociative identity disorder, into a landscape muddied by incest and other sexual abuse ritual abuse inflicted by destructive cults unethical medical and mind control experiments child pornography intersecting with the war over "false memories" and the organized effort to destroy therapists who treat its casualties". While this is a Novel, its parallel to truth is unmistakeable. The characters are believable and real. The subject matter informative for anyone interested in learning about the topics addressed. It is written with sensitivity, humor, psychological complexities made simple and story plot that is intrigueing!. Thoroughly enjoyable and certainly a book I highly recommend! Morning Star Retreat Center is a Beautifully designed area of country where anyone seeking peace and healing can learn what feels right for them. Lovers of quiet and serenity will love visitng this site to learn how they could benefit from its offerings. I, personally, hope to visit this Retreat and find a niche in the wilderness to write and sit with Nature should the opportunity arise. I, personally, have enjoyed browsing this site with its resources and very helpful information for those seeking to understand more about Ritual Abuse. I like the emphasis educating the public about this heineous phenomenon that afflicts thousands of men, women and children throughout the nation and globally. Along with others, Mrs Adams's contribution in advocacy and education provides a much needed voice in prevention and criminal justice procedures. The personal website created by a DID survivor in healing. This is well resourced and excellent site, not only tells her story but posts much information and links for sources that will prove very helpful in understanding Multiplicity. Well worth perusing and going back and back to. This site is a beautiful blend of Art and Poetry through which the creator has expressed her inner soul. Do visit this gallery and pause to contemplate the meanings. I love to go and you will too. Talent in Survivors seems to shine from their gifts to us and I am grateful for this one. In this commercial the man calls his self switching alters/personalites like they can’t make up their mind on what they want to eat! We are in the process of trying to get Wendy’s Corporation to pull this commercial and possibly make a donation to NMHA for making fun of the Mentally Handicapped. We have the National Mental Health Association backing us in this pursuit. Please check outthis site. The designers of this website call their project a "ktichen table" research project. Touring this site it it very obvious that the designers, who describe themselves as : "Relationship educators working for 9 years with persons who have experienced relationship violence, including ritual abuse-torture (RAT). ", have come FAR from the ktichen table - and worked untiringly to move from the home where abuse so often, and mostly, originates, spreading from local to provincial and national arenas in the fight to educate people to the incidence and reality of RAT. I find this site inspiring, and encourage visitors to peruse its information and material thoroughly. A VITAL endeavor, not to be ignored. Visitng this moving site is worth reading one woman's remakable struggle and victory over domestic and ritual abuse in a cult environment. It is testimony to the indomitable spirit that can overcome odds so many never face but that shows us clearly what lies within us all to heal and to conquer. Do visit and be inspired. A great site for information concerning these topics with links and pages containing art, poetry, the latest law changes, home and international news etc. Conference and workshops dates are posted. Much to learn from this site and links. It has obviously taken much courage to create this site and the depths of effort put into the research tells us the struggles known in wanting to heal. A must to visit. This is an extraordinary place where poetry tells Sagemoon's story more poignantly than pages of prose could do. I have been deeply moved in reading it, and love the whole design of the website that enhances her message. I hope all will visit and hear the music of a seeking Soul - it echoes through the pain of trauma, and for those who have an ear - it will speak the Spirit courage of the undaunted. Please visit Tammy's site. Survivorship Web Site is a wonderful resource for informtaion and links, having two main sections. One, open to the public, for those interested in recovery from ritualistic abuse, mind control and the aftermath of torture. The other section for members only where support, interaction and access to newsletters and quarterly journal is availabe. Survivors can meet in safety and information and listed help resources are many. Visiting this site is WELL worth the time. This beautifully desgined site is more than mere beauty, as the Creator writes of it: "Synchrony provides a private interactive forum & chat room for trauma therapists and other mental health professionals who are survivors of any form of child abuse.... However, despite extensive searching, I have not found even one place wherein the dual role of a "survivor therapist" can be consistently acknowledged and the issues openly discussed. It is my hope that Synchrony can provide such a place". This site is unique in its invitation and also contains valuable information and links relevant to its objective. I hold the highest respect for Elysha, and her response to addressing the challenge for those of us who are survivor-therapists. "This site focuses around music, which has been a mainstay throughout our life. Our journey will be told entirely by song. Each Tribute is primarily a song to that special one. Even the lake Interlude includes a wordless expression of the peace that can be found there. We share with you the movements of this Symphony. Music is the language of the soul. It can tell our story far better than any words we can speak". This website moved me greatly and I encourage all to visit it with ear attuned to the message in every note - a very oriniginal and beautiful way of HEARING a story. Highly recommended. TraumaResource is a website of a clinical psychologist named Francis Abueg who has been helping trauma survivors for many years. He worked at the VA hospital in Menlo Park, California, did research with war veterans with PTSD, and is now in full-time private practice in Sunnyvale, California in the heart of Silicon Valley. He has a special interest in the problem of silencing of trauma victims and of people with dissociative identity problems. In addition to doing psychotherapy with individuals, he assists attorneys who represent people who are struggling with trauma from work, car accidents, and crime. He has helped a number of people on death row through expert testimony on PTSD and dissociative disorder. Philosophy Trauma and Abuse Care Group International Society's philosophy is a positive one. In doing this, we believe that the key to helping caregivers and survivors is by advocacy, education, activism, creating new health care and support organizations, and building bridges between the diverse groups interested in helping survivors. The diversity of TACGIS members makes this a unique and balanced Group holding the interest of abuse survivors priroity in all its goals and objectives. I have tried a number of website creators. None as good as Siterightnow for ease of creation, options in design, HELP when needed from the Webmaster, staff as well as suggested resources. If you use this site please put my name as reference. You won't be disappointed. This beautifully created website has more than just beauty of relevant pictures and animated humor, we find the beauty that goes with heart sharings.
