This is Poetry. - Goessoftly Sometimes some things seem to be expressed better in a form other than straight prose. Often through the years when some event, person or incident has moved me deeply I have found it easier to describe my thoughts and feelings in poetry. This was especially true when I was working with the children and teenagers in a locked residential Facility for severely damaged youngsters from abuse of all forms. The poems from a little self-published book are all related to these young ones or the staff who worked with them. I have chosen some of them that relate to Hurts being hurt again, just as other poems from other times have been picked from hundreds written through the years. More may be added if I happen to dig up others from the labrynth of my accumulated "stuff" and they seem appropriate.
